Terms and conditions for Return/Refund:
  • To be eligible for the 30-day return policy, the customer must inform us by email of their intention to return or seek a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Email at – care@faddynative.com
  • The refund of cash on delivery (COD) or shipping charges is not applicable.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be made back to the same method you chose for payment or in your Faddynative account, which you can use on future orders.
  • Refund for COD order will be made in your Faddynative account, which you can use on future orders.
  • For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags intact. In the case of figurines – Boxes once opened will not be applicable for return/replacement, as being a collectible item, the box is considered to be part of the product.
  • For certain product categories, including masks, boxers, vests, and socks, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to hygiene reasons. This policy may apply to different products or categories at any time without prior notice.
  • If the order cancellation is requested before it is shipped, the refund will be initiated in 1-2 days.
  • If the order cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us.
  • If the products you received are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
    • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
    • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods in your Faddynative account, which you can use on future orders or the refund will be credited back to your bank account, once we have received the products and the quality check is done.
Procedure to Apply for 30 DAYS Return/Replacement:
  • First and most important make sure your order/product is eligible for return/replacement by going through the point above.
  • Email us at care.Faddynative@gmail.com with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Describe the issue and Also, mention whether you want to return the item or exchange.
  • Currently, we do not offer a reverse pickup facility. Therefore, you will have to ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days.
  • We will credit Rs 100 to reimburse the shipping costs incurred while returning the product to your Faddynative account (only once per order), which can be used for future orders.
  • Please ensure that you pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Additionally, please ensure that you write your order number on the package.
  • You will receive all the details regarding return including the address to ship the item to via mail.
Duration of return/refund process:
  • In case of replacement: the product will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the returned product.
  • In case of refund: the refund will be Initiated in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.
  • Kindly note that the duration for the refund amount to reflect back in your account may vary depending on various factors.
    If the mode of refund is through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. as the refund timing is subject to the bank’s policy, which we have no control over.
    In case the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
Rules for refunding courier charges:
  • As mentioned above we do not offer a reverse pickup facility. Therefore, you will have to ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days. For the product(S)Shipped back to us an amount of Rs.100 will be added (only once per order) to your Faddynative account, which you can use on future orders.
  • We suggest utilizing the courier service ‘Speed Post’ to return the product to us. It is a courier service owned by the Government of India and is known for being one of the most trustworthy and cost-effective options available.
